| Land had been bought to site the new Castle Douglas Health Centre, the land is on the outskirts of Castle Douglas on Ernespie Road. Both general practices at the current health centre and the Local Health Care Co-Operative have agreed on the final plans for the building. Robison and Davidson will be the main contractors for building the new Health Centre which will be completed in 2005. |
